Registration

NO REFUND POLICY

The Pacifica Tigersharks have a strict NO REFUND POLICY. Our NO REFUND POLICY is to protect the integrity and success of the organization, as cancellations effect everyone involved. Moreover, fluctuating numbers can lead to the cancellation of association events (games, competitions, etc.) and can even cause a team to fold.

By continuing on with this registration, you acknowledge, agree to and understand that all fees submitted to the Pacifica Tigersharks are NON-REFUNDABLE – NO EXCEPTIONS!!!


 

PROGRAMS

Cheer & Dance Football
Cheerleading is for kids between the ages of 5-15. We teach the fundamentals for cheer in a fun and SAFE environment. Football if for kids between the ages of 5-15. We teach the fundamentals for football in a fun and SAFE environment.

 

ROSTER PLACEMENT

Cheer & Dance Football
Cheerleaders are assigned to their team based upon their age as of July 31st and team availability. Your child will be placed on a team in accordance with the Pop Warner Age/ Weight matrix.

Football and cheer roster spots are reserved (not guaranteed) on a first-come, first-served basis, through July 1.

After July 1, roster spots are not guaranteed unless registration is paid in full. This rule applies to all applicants, equally, regardless if they are returning players, a board member's or coach's child, etc.

Participants cannot be placed on a roster and will not be allowed to begin practice until all of the required documents have been received.

IMPORTANT:

  • Personal checks will NOT be accepted.
  • Payment plans will NOT be offered for 2016.

 

COSTS

  • 2016 Football and Cheerleading Program costs $100, plus a refundable $50 Parent Participation Fee (Registration Total: $150)

Gather/Complete the following Required Documents:

NOTE:
If a physical cannot be arranged at this time with your doctor or covered by your insurance, we have made arrangements with the Chiropractic offices of Dr. Danny Chan, for discounted physicals ($20.00). Some same day appointments are available.
